Our story
A path back to independence.
Genesys House is a Greenville, South Carolina sober living home built around dignity, accountability, and the everyday work of self-sufficiency — founded by people who have walked this road themselves.

Our mission
Genesys House is dedicated to helping individuals in recovery rediscover their path back to independence. Rooted in Greenville, South Carolina, we offer a supportive sober living environment built around dignity, accountability, and the everyday work of self-sufficiency.
Through partnerships with trusted local programs, our residents gain the practical skills, structure, and community they need to reintegrate into life after treatment — and to stay there for the long haul.
Our doors are open to anyone ready to do the work, regardless of background, beliefs, or how many tries it's taken to get here — whether you're applying for yourself, a loved one, or under a court-ordered referral.

What we believe
Four values, one purpose.
Dignity first
Recovery is hard work. Everyone who walks through our door is treated with the respect they deserve.
Honest accountability
Clear expectations, fair house rules, and the kind of structure that helps recovery stick.
Room to grow
We're not a stopgap — we're a launching pad. Education, employment, healed relationships.
Real community
Brothers and sisters who get it. Peer support is at the center of everything we do.
Greenville, South Carolina
We're rooted in Greenville — close enough to job opportunities, schools, and treatment partners, but far enough from the noise to give recovery room to breathe.
Our houses are tucked into quiet, established neighborhoods. Walking distance to AA meetings. A short drive to most treatment providers. Strong partnerships with Upstate employers, schools, and the recovery community at large.
